Canning

Last Friday my mom, my brother Daniel, and I canned. My mom and grandpa both have apple trees so we decided to make applesauce.


We made about 20 cans. There are a lot of apples, roughly 9, that go into each of those bottles so it took awhile but it was worth it.

MMMMM That is it I am coming to your house. Seriously they look fabulous. Canning is always a lot of work but worth it when you get to eat the yummy fruits of your labors. (haha "fruits of your labors" that is pun-textual!)

Good job on canning. I love it. I didn't tell you but Mike's mom had a steaming pot that she didn't use so she gave it to me-I can't wait to can something with it. I have only done tomatoes and apple pie filling but I am already addicted. You will have to teach me how to do applesauce cuz I love it and so does Mike.
