Memorial Day

So Memorial Day we usually head on up to Alpine, WY for a little quality time with the cabin and a run down the river, but this year we were worried that we wouldn't be able to go down the river. So Jeremy traded weekends that he had off and we decided to stay in town for the holiday. My side of the family always has a memorial day breakfast up in the campground so I decided to go to that. That morning I got a call saying that it was raining so we weren't going to the campground but to the pavillion at a park. We went and it rained almost the entire time and I didn't know I was supposed to bring my own eatery, but it was fun. Then they decided that after we ate we should go play soccer to burn it all off. In my family everyong played soccer, but me. My dad decided that I was the feminine girl in the family and put me in almost every type of dance imaginable. But I decided to play anyway, I'm glad I did. I had a blast, and I was a pretty good goalie, if I do say so myself.

How fun! I am sorry I missed you and the girls though. I hope we can all go up to Alpine soon though.
