So we started off Easter by coloring 5 dozen eggs. We only kept 6 for ourselves and shared the rest with family. I learned I cannot keep dyeing kits for more than 2 years. My orange and yellow didn't color too well. Oh well live and learn!
We have 9 am church this year. Ugh, was not looking forward to getting up finding baskets and being to church that early. So my dad mentioned he was speaking in Sacrament Meeting on the Atonement I was committed to going and supporting him in that. That fact that their church started at 11 was an added bonus.

So up they got, and bathed they were, and because everyone wasn't awake yet they had to wait to do baskets. Ally went first at getting the not so fun stuff done (bathing) so she could be first at getting the fun stuff done. That's why she's the only dressed in her Easter dress. And that's why Andie and Jonas are not dressed at all. I didn't get a picture of anyone actually all ready.... such a bummer. They were all cute, trust me.

The day before Easter we went to the egg hunt at the park and afterward went to Jeremy's mom's place for lunch and to celebrate the 3 birthdays there were that week. Thanks to the Millers there are now 4 birthdays within a week, how awesome is that! Here we are reusing Thomas pinata.
Then we searched for eggs, played egg baseball, followed by an egg fight, with some dome climbing mingled into it all.
Excited girl!
Then on Sunday evening we went to my parents abode to once again search for eggs.
I attempted to do an Easter basket weave into Andrea's hair. I needed a craft needle to perform this correctly but unfortunately I didn't have one so I improvised. Looked pretty good without the needle I think.
And then we take the annual Easter picture. Missing: Beth, who feels she is much too old for such activities, and Cooper who was fast asleep.

We'll get you next year Coop!

Beautiful! I love her hair. If you need a crafting needle just let me know. :) I have LOTS of yarn needles.
Looks like you had a perfect Easter! Wish we'd been there...Love ya!
Wish we had been there too. Sad we missed all the fun.
Oh well, there is always next year.
Your kids just keep getting cuter and I just love them all so much. And good job on Andie's hair. I am definitely going to need to learn from you how to do hair.
Love you all so much!
